Refund Policy

At JustPack Canada, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair policies for both retail customers and business (B2B) clients. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Retail Returns & Refunds

Retail customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. B2B & Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and B2B orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom, bulk, or private-label orders are non-refundable once processing has begun.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by JustPack Canada.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

8. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.
Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to the sender
